The Journey to Gray Legacy Coaching
Jason is a former elite athlete turned national top sales performer, while Karen is a former dancer who transformed into a life changing ICF Professional Certified Coach. Both partners have experienced the highs and lows of competition, performance pressure and the relentless pursuit of success. They realize that true mastery isn’t just about skill—it's about commitment and mindset. This epiphany along with a desire to help others succeed led them to create Gray Legacy Partners and Gray Legacy Coaching, where they have combined their love of competition, the pursuit of excellence and expertise to help a special few select clients achieve what seems unattainable to others. Today, this powerhouse team is on a mission to transform lives, golf scores and legacies.

We’re not all business and no play!
Here are a few fun tidbits about us that might surprise you
Jason does improv why playing golf and once hit a hole-in-one while wearing mismatched socks. (He now only plays in mismatched socks)
Karen creates custom meditations, affirmations and motivational videos for their clients. She also hosts retreats and is the President of the Texas Business Women, Inc.
Our office mascot is a slightly chubby Texas Heeler named “Max.”
We host an annual event for our clients. (A Wine Night, Putt-Putt and Clay Shooting are just a few of the past event's activities)
Our relationship and business is built on the belief that laughter is the best medicine, relationship foundation —and the best stress reliever!
Jason's hobbies include golf, deer hunting and managing his family's ranch MLD3 program in the hill country of Texas.
Jason and Karen love traveling and doing anything with their 5 kids and 5 grandchildren. (Being Mimi & Poppi is their favorite pastime!)
